Introduction
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable policies (collectively referred to as the "Terms"), constitute a legally binding agreement between TwoEpic Ventures, the owner of the website AlmostZero.io (hereinafter referred to as "AlmostZero.io", "Website Owner", "we", "us", or "our"), and you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User").
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, platform, software tools, digital products, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

Services Provided
AlmostZero.io provides digital marketing guidance, campaign generation tools, AI-assisted advertising creatives, ad optimization assistance, and marketing consultancy services for businesses advertising on platforms such as:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Other third-party advertising platforms
All Services are delivered digitally through dashboards, chat support, scheduled calls, tutorials, tools, and advisory assistance.
Subscription Plans
AlmostZero.io services are offered through subscription plans.
Plans. Users may subscribe to plans offered on the website from time to time.
Billing Cycle. Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified.
Auto Renewal. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation. To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@almostzero.io at least 72 hours before the renewal date.
Payments & Non-Refundable Terms
All payments made for digital products, subscriptions, consultations, or services are non-refundable.
Once access to the platform, dashboard, tools, tutorials, or expert support has been granted, no refunds, reversals, or credits will be provided under any circumstances.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether the service meets their requirements before purchasing.
Chargeback Policy
Users agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their bank, card issuer, or payment gateway without first contacting AlmostZero.io support.
If a user initiates a chargeback after receiving access to the Services, AlmostZero.io reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the account
- Recover all chargeback fees and administrative costs
- Initiate legal proceedings for recovery of damages
Advertising Budget Responsibility
All advertising budgets are paid directly by the user to advertising platforms such as Meta. AlmostZero.io does not collect, control, manage, or hold advertising budgets. Accordingly, AlmostZero.io shall not be responsible for:
- Any advertising spend incurred
- Overspending caused by platform behavior
- Funds blocked or restricted by Meta or other platforms
- Advertising account suspensions
- Ad rejections or policy violations
Users are responsible for managing their advertising budgets at their own discretion.
Use of AI & Human Expertise
Certain tools on AlmostZero.io may utilise AI-assisted systems to generate ad headlines, ad copies, and creative suggestions. However, campaign strategies, targeting guidance, and marketing recommendations may also involve human expertise. AI outputs are generated automatically and may require user review and modification.
No Performance Guarantee
AlmostZero.io does not guarantee any specific advertising results including but not limited to sales, leads, conversions, revenue growth, or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Advertising performance depends on multiple external factors including market demand, competition, pricing, targeting, budget, creative quality, and platform algorithms.
User Responsibilities
By using the Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful business information
- Comply with advertising platform policies
- Provide your own ad creatives (images/videos/copies where required)
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing account access with unauthorised third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the account.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, tools, frameworks, strategies, software, and materials provided by AlmostZero.io are the exclusive intellectual property of TwoEpic Ventures. Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlmostZero.io shall not be liable for any loss of revenue or profits, business interruption, loss of data, advertising losses, platform account restrictions, or any indirect or consequential damages. Use of the Services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Support Timings
Support is available through chat, voice, and video calls. Support calls must be scheduled through the official booking link provided.
Abusive Conduct Policy
AlmostZero.io maintains a professional working environment. Any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or representatives may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Third-Party Platforms
AlmostZero.io relies on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other advertising platforms. Any changes in policies, algorithms, pricing, ad approvals, or account restrictions imposed by these platforms are outside the control of AlmostZero.io. AlmostZero.io shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such changes.
Termination of Services
AlmostZero.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated, the platform is misused, or payments are disputed or reversed.
Force Majeure
AlmostZero.io shall not be liable for any delay or failure in service caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, system failures, and pandemics.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Official Communication
All official communication regarding these Terms must be made through the official support email provided on the website. Communications through other channels shall not be considered legally binding unless acknowledged in writing by AlmostZero.io.
