Refund & Cancellation Policy

Twoepic Ventures believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

1. No Refunds on Subscriptions & Digital Services

All subscriptions, digital products, and digital services offered by AlmostZero.io are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service provided by AlmostZero.io, you irrevocably acknowledge, accept, and agree that:

  • No refund, return, reversal, or credit shall be issued under any circumstances;
  • No refund shall be granted for partial use, full use, non-use, or perceived dissatisfaction with the service;
  • Subscription fees paid are final and non-adjustable once the transaction is successfully completed.

You further agree that cancellation, suspension, or termination of the subscription, whether initiated by the customer or otherwise, does not entitle you to any refund, in whole or in part, for any unused portion of the subscription period.

2. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

Pre-Renewal Cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively in writing via email to support@almostzero.io. Requests made through any other mode of communication, including but not limited to WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, or verbal communication, shall not be considered valid or binding.

Any cancellation request received after the auto-renewal date shall be deemed ineffective for the current billing cycle, and the subscription shall continue for the renewed period, with all applicable charges remaining fully payable and non-refundable.

Failure to Cancel. In the absence of a valid cancellation request received prior to the applicable auto-renewal date, the subscription shall automatically renew for the subsequent billing cycle, and the corresponding renewal fee shall be lawfully charged. All charges resulting from such auto-renewal are final and non-refundable.

You can also cancel it via your UPI app by cancelling the autopay. If you still face an issue, kindly email support@almostzero.io.

4. Changes to This Policy

AlmostZero.io reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, or update this Refund Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the services following such modifications shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised policy.

5. Consumer Protection & Nature of Services

By subscribing to or purchasing any service or digital product offered by AlmostZero.io, the customer expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety.

AlmostZero.io operates as a digital service provider, offering subscription-based campaign creation, optimisation, and consultancy services, which are customised, time-bound, and activated digitally. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, digital services that are made-to-order, customised, or delivered instantly upon activation are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless expressly required under applicable law.
