Shipping & Delivery

AlmostZero provides digital marketing services and software access. No physical goods are shipped, so no courier, tracking or delivery charges apply to any purchase.

How your purchase is delivered

Everything you buy from AlmostZero is delivered digitally to the account you signed up with:

• Access to your dashboard and campaign tools is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• Login details and confirmation are sent to the phone number and email address registered on your account.
• Campaign setup, creatives and optimisation are delivered inside your dashboard and through our support channels.

Activation timeline

In almost all cases access is available immediately after a successful payment. If a payment is still being confirmed by the bank or the payment gateway, activation can take up to 24 hours. If your access is not active after 24 hours, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Service delivery, not shipping

Because the service is digital and made to order, there is nothing to dispatch or return. Cancellation and payment terms are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the scope of the service is covered by our Terms and Conditions.
